What this website collects
This website does not use analytics, advertising cookies or tracking. Fonts and images are served from our own server. Our web host may keep standard server logs, such as IP address and pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.
When you contact us
If you send an enquiry through our contact form, it is emailed to our team and not stored in a database on this website. The form uses one strictly necessary session cookie to protect it against spam and misuse, which expires when you close your browser.
If you use the form, email, call or message us on WhatsApp, we use the details you share, such as your name, firm, email address, phone number and message, only to reply and to discuss our services with you. WhatsApp is operated by Meta and its own privacy policy applies to messages sent through it.
Client data from accountancy practices
Where we process client data on behalf of a practice, we act as a processor under a signed NDA and a UK GDPR data processing agreement that includes international transfer safeguards. The practice remains the controller of that data.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards, unless you become a client, in which case our agreement with you applies.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing info@cvcloud.in. If you are in the UK you can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
